✤ You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed here. This agreement is necessary for proceeding with the commission.
✤ COMMISSIONED WORKS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE USED FOR PROFIT / NFT / AI PURPOSES.
✤ The terms of service and commission prices may undergo changes; updates will be communicated promptly.
✤ I have the right to cancel, decline, stop working on the commission depending on the difficulty of the project, workload, or if the Client failed to comply with the terms and conditions.
✤ I have the right to post the work on my Twitter, Carrd, and stream the work progress on Twitch. If the Client requested an NDA, additional payment is required.

✤ Price may change depending on the complexity such as pose, character details, additional props, additional character, elements, etc.
✤ Rush order will issue an additional fee.
✤ If payment is not received within 48 hours, the commission request will be canceled.
✤ NO REFUNDS WHEN I STARTED THE COMMISSION. Refunds may only be offered if I’m unable to finish the commission due to schedule conflict and/or personal reason.

✤ Turnaround time for each work is about 1-6 weeks. Work progress speed may vary depending on the complexity of your commission and commission queue.
✤ I work on who commissioned and paid first.
✤ I will notify the clients if the commission is delayed due to personal matters that require immediate attention.
✤ I will send work progress every 3 days or a week.
✤ Please notify me when ordering if you have a fixed/hard deadline.
✤ If you need the illustration shorter than the turn around time it is considered as RUSH ORDER. Rush order will be prioritized regardless of the commission queue.
✤ Files will be sent using Google Drive link (includes .png, .jpeg, transparent, and/or .PSD). If you want me to send the files thru Gmail (file size below 25 mb), please provide your gmail address.

✤ 1 sketch revisions and 1 revisions during rendering are allowed per work. More than 2 will issue an additional fee.
✤ The revisions may affect the commission progress.
